If Taric binds you with his W, stand at a different angle from him before he casts E — Dazzle fires from both his position and his tethered ally's position, so spreading out creates a crossfire stun that's much harder to dodge.

Hold off committing until Taric's R invulnerability actually appears — there's a 2.5-second delay after he casts it before he and nearby allies become invulnerable, so diving in too early can get you punished before the protection kicks in.

Follow up hard the instant Taric's E lands on your laner — Dazzle stuns for a full 1.5 seconds, plenty of time to combo in extra damage or CC before the target can react.

Take advantage of Taric's shield right after he casts W on you — Bastion lasts 2.5 seconds and scales with your max health, so trading or engaging immediately makes full use of it before it falls off.
