Help Fiddlesticks clear enemy vision before he engages with his R. His R only fears enemies if no enemy champion can see him when he blinks in — ward control is the difference between a fight-winning engage and a wasted ultimate.
Team Fight Late Game
When Fiddlesticks signals he's ready to use his R, engage from the front to draw enemies into position while he channels from fog of war. This keeps him unseen so his fear passive triggers on arrival.
Team Fight
After Fiddlesticks fears enemies with his Q or R, hold your crowd control until the fear is nearly over. Chaining CC after fear ends extends the total disable window rather than wasting it on already-locked-down targets.
Team Fight Skirmish
Direct skirmishes and team fights toward narrow jungle corridors when Fiddlesticks has his R available. Confined spaces make it harder for enemies to spread out and escape his sustained AoE damage.
Team Fight
From level 6 onward, Fiddlesticks' Effigy placement sweeps nearby wards for 6 seconds. Coordinate who runs Oracle Lens on your team — his effigies already cover some of that need.
Late Game
When Fiddlesticks channels his W in a fight, position yourself to intercept enemies who might try to interrupt him. A completed channel refunds most of its cooldown and heals him significantly.
