Prioritize protecting Twitch once his Q and R are both on cooldown — without stealth to reposition or his ultimate to threaten from range, he is extremely vulnerable to assassins and divers.

Time your crowd control for the moment Twitch breaks stealth from his Q — he gains 40-60% bonus attack speed for 6 seconds on stealth break, so locking a target down then lets him maximize damage during this window.
Skirmish Team Fight
Clear enemy control wards from river and jungle entrances — Twitch's camouflage is revealed to any enemy within a short radius, so removing these wards opens safer paths for his stealth flanks and engages.
Basic Lane Phase Late Game
Twitch's R is strongest in narrow chokepoints where enemies are forced to group — look to fight in jungle pathways or river entrances rather than open areas when his ultimate is up.
