When Braum applies the first stack of his passive to an enemy (visible as a circular mark), follow up with your own basic attacks. Four stacks will stun the enemy for up to 1.75 seconds, creating powerful gank and fight opportunities.
Basic Team Fight Skirmish
Position yourself behind Braum when he raises his shield (E) to avoid enemy projectiles like skillshots and ranged attacks. The shield only blocks projectiles coming from the direction he's facing, not area damage or melee attacks.
Basic Team Fight Skirmish
When Braum uses his R (Glacial Fissure), capitalize on the knockup and slow field by following up with your own damage and crowd control. The first enemy hit is knocked up longer, making them a prime target.
Team Fight Skirmish
When you need protection, position yourself between Braum and enemy champions. This allows him to dash to you with his W, placing himself in the optimal position to intercept danger while granting you both bonus resistances.
Lane Phase Skirmish
In team fights, prioritize attacking enemies who already have Braum's passive stacks on them. The stun from four stacks can disrupt key targets, particularly enemy carries or assassins trying to reach your backline.
Team Fight Skirmish
Braum is most vulnerable when his E (Unbreakable) is on cooldown. When his shield is down, be prepared to play more cautiously as both Braum and nearby allies are more exposed to ranged attacks and skillshots.
Advanced Lane Phase Skirmish
In bot lane, coordinate with Braum for short trades rather than extended fights before level 3. Wait for him to land his Q slow before committing, as this makes it easier to apply follow-up passive stacks.
Lane Phase
When contesting objectives like Baron or Dragon, position to allow Braum to use his E to block enemy skillshots from over walls. His shield can negate crucial abilities that might otherwise steal the objective.
Late Game
Since Braum lacks reliable engage tools outside his ultimate, coordinate with your team's engage champions to follow up. When your engage champion goes in, Braum can follow with W to provide immediate protection and crowd control.
Advanced Team Fight
When establishing vision control with Braum, stay within his W dash range (medium range) so he can quickly reach you if enemies appear. This is especially important when checking dark areas of the map.
