When Galio has his ultimate available, play more aggressively in skirmishes, even when slightly outnumbered. His R (Hero's Entrance) allows him to jump to your location from a super long range, providing shields and knocking back enemies upon landing.
Team Fight Skirmish
Watch for Galio's E (Justice Punch) dash, which knocks up enemies. Position to follow up immediately when he lands this initiation, as he'll likely channel his W (Shield of Durand) afterward to taunt enemies, keeping them in place for up to 1.5 seconds.
Team Fight Skirmish
When Galio casts his ultimate, he grants his W's magic damage shield to all allies in the landing area. Position within the 650-unit radius (medium range) to benefit from this protection, especially against magic damage threats.
Basic Team Fight Skirmish
Track Galio's R (Hero's Entrance) cooldown, which starts at 180 seconds at rank 1. When it's available, you can play more aggressively in side lanes knowing he can join you. When it's on cooldown, play more conservatively.
