All
When Kindred uses their R (Lamb's Respite), stay within the circle if you're low health, but position to immediately leave and re-engage when it ends. The ultimate prevents ALL units from dying but heals everyone when it finishes.
Basic Team Fight
Hold your burst damage for immediately after Kindred's ultimate ends rather than using it during the effect. Since enemies can't die while in the circle, timing your damage for the moment it expires leads to more efficient kills.
Team Fight
When Kindred marks an enemy jungle camp (shown on the minimap), consider helping them secure it if you're nearby. Each mark permanently increases Kindred's range and damage potential.
Lane Phase
When fighting for objectives like Dragon or Baron, coordinate with Kindred to use their ultimate strategically. It can force enemy junglers to Smite too early, giving your team a better chance to secure the objective.
Advanced Skirmish
Enemy champions marked by Kindred's passive are high-value targets. When Kindred marks an enemy, consider focusing on ganks or plays around this target as takedowns on marked champions grant permanent stat increases.
Skirmish
Kindred becomes significantly stronger with each mark collected. If your Kindred has 4+ marks in mid-to-late game, consider playing around them as a primary carry due to their increased range and damage.
Basic Late Game
During skirmishes, try to keep enemies within Kindred's Wolf zone (W). Kindred deals more damage and has more mobility inside this area due to reduced Q cooldown and Wolf's attacks.
Skirmish
When Kindred applies E (Mounting Dread) to an enemy, focus that target if possible. The third attack will trigger Wolf to pounce, dealing significant damage especially against low-health targets.
Team Fight
Kindred is extremely vulnerable to crowd control effects which prevent their mobility. Consider picking champions with peel abilities to protect your Kindred from enemy CC, especially in teamfights.
Advanced Team Fight
Be vigilant about enemy invades against Kindred, especially at the start of the game. Ward key jungle entrances to protect Kindred's early clear, as they're vulnerable before collecting marks.
