Land your crowd control before Talon dives in with Q — his W only slows, so champions with stuns or roots let him land his full damage combo without the target escaping.
Basic Lane Phase
Once Talon hits level 6, his R grants invisibility and a burst of movement speed for up to 2.5 seconds — be ready to engage when he pings, since he'll likely use it to close distance unseen and burst down a target.

Around level 3, help Talon secure scuttle crabs or join counter-jungle attempts — his high early damage makes him excel at these skirmishes, but he needs allies nearby for follow-up since he lacks hard CC of his own.
