When Vex's abilities display different icons, her next basic ability will fear enemies. Position to follow up with your own damage or crowd control during this 0.75-1.5 second window for guaranteed hits.
Team Fight Skirmish
When Vex marks an enemy with her R, be ready to follow up when she dashes to them. She has a 4-second window to jump to her target, giving your team time to prepare burst damage.
Basic Team Fight Skirmish
Against mobile champions, position near Vex during fights. Enemies who dash or blink near her get marked with Gloom, allowing her to deal bonus damage and reset her fear more quickly.
Team Fight Skirmish
When Vex reaches level 6, place control wards deeper in the river and enemy jungle. Her ultimate allows her to send her shadow super long distances and dash to hit targets, making her ganks unusually threatening from unexpected angles.
Lane Phase
After Vex secures a kill with her ultimate, be ready for a second engagement within 12 seconds. Her reset allows for rapid multi-target dashes, so stay within follow-up range even after the first kill.
