Fight alongside Tryndamere when he casts his R (Undying Rage) — his health can't drop below a set threshold for 5 seconds, giving your team a free window to force skirmishes or dive towers.
Team Fight Skirmish
Ward the enemy jungle near Tryndamere's split-push lane and pressure the opposite side of the map — his strong dueling power forces multiple enemies to peel off and deal with him, opening space for your team elsewhere.
Late Game
Place deep wards in the enemy jungle and river before fights — his E (Spinning Slash) only has medium range, so he relies on vision to find a flanking path to the backline instead of fighting through the frontline.
Team Fight
Look to gank for Tryndamere in the first few levels while his R is up — he's a strong early bully who snowballs hard off kills, and R lets him commit to all-ins safely.
Basic Lane Phase
Give Tryndamere time to auto-attack minions and build Fury before committing to a fight — his crit chance scales up to 50% with Fury and his Q heal also scales with it, so a full bar makes him much stronger in the fight that follows.
