When Gragas uses his R, position yourself on the opposite side of where enemies are being knocked. This creates a pincer effect, trapping displaced enemies between you and Gragas for easy follow-up.
Team Fight
When Gragas lands his E, immediately follow up with your own damage or crowd control. His stun lasts for 1 second, giving you a window to land abilities before the enemy can react.
