Let your hardest-hitting teammate land the first hit on a target asleep from Lillia's R — only that first non-persistent damage instance consumes the debuff for bonus magic damage, so a stray auto-attack wastes it.

Once Lillia hits level 6, be ready to follow up fast on her ganks — her R sleep only lasts 2 seconds after the drowsy period ends, so have your own damage or crowd control ready to close out the kill.
