When Nunu begins rolling his W (snowball) toward your lane, wait for it to land before engaging — the knockup and stun give you a clean window to follow up with your own abilities.
Basic Lane Phase Skirmish
When Nunu approaches Dragon or Herald, back him up rather than starting fights elsewhere — his Q (Consume) combined with Smite gives him some of the best objective-securing power in the game, even in contested fights.
Lane Phase Team Fight
When Nunu channels his R (Absolute Zero) near an objective, don't pull enemies out of the zone — force them to either fight through the slow or give up the objective.
Team Fight
If you're an auto-attack focused champion, fight near Nunu at objectives — his passive buffs himself and whichever nearby ally has the highest attack speed, boosting your DPS and mobility.
