Watch for Singed dropping his W (Mega Adhesive) then flinging a target into it with his E — landing in the field roots them, giving you a clean window to follow up with damage.

Once Singed hits level 6 and activates his R (Insanity Potion), look to fight alongside him — it boosts his AP, armor, MR, and regen for 25 seconds and adds Grievous Wounds to his Q poison, letting him tank and pressure fights instead of just poking.

Save your crowd control to peel enemies off Singed rather than expecting him to escape on his own — outside his passive movement speed he has no hard escape, and losing him early cuts off your team's sustained Q poison damage.
