When Dr. Mundo activates his R (Maximum Dosage), engage in extended fights rather than quick skirmishes. His ultimate grants him significant healing and movement speed for 10 seconds, making him much stronger in prolonged engagements.
Team Fight
Layer your crowd control after Dr. Mundo lands his Q (Infected Bonesaw). His cleaver only slows enemies by 40% for 2 seconds without hard CC, so follow up with your own stuns or roots to secure kills during ganks.
Lane Phase Skirmish
Position behind Dr. Mundo during sieges and objectives from mid-game onwards. His high health pool and regeneration make him an excellent frontline to absorb enemy poke and engage attempts while you deal damage safely.
Team Fight
Group with Dr. Mundo before major late-game objectives when he reaches level 16. His rank 3 ultimate gains bonus effects for each nearby enemy champion, dramatically increasing his tankiness in team situations.
